Payments are due immediately upon request of space. Payments will be received 1 hour prior to close of the same business day or your request will be cancelled, and you will need to request space again. If you’ve requested space and our office is closed, payment is due the next business day.

Payment over the phone is by credit card only. All major credit/debit cards are accepted with no convenience fee added. Damage Deposit: $250.00 for all reservations with credit card only.

Room Information Reservations can only be made six months in advance. Wedding inquiries can call the Rental Coordinator for dates outside of the six month restriction.

  • Full Chamber Room: Seating for 200
  • Split Chamber Room Monday-Thursday Only: North or South Half Seating for 70-100 each side
  • Gries Lenhardt Allen Library Room: Seating for 30-40
  • Craft Room: Seating for 15-20
  • Senior Center Weekends Only: Seating for 40
  • J & B Conference Room: Seating for 14
  • MidwestOne Conference Room: Seating for 8
  • Frankfort Fire Station: Seating for 49 (Address: 12239 42nd St NE-across from Lucky Pets)
  • The Catering Kitchen is for Chamber Room rentals only and is subject to Department of Health requirements. Please speak with Rental Coordinator for details.

Additional Information and Options

  • Set up and clean up of the rooms must be within your rented timeframe, so make sure you have booked enough time. You cannot go over your rented time. Penalties will apply and will be charged against the damage deposit.
  • Audio Visual equipment may be a separate fee depending on room selection. Please consult Rental Coordinator to see if a fee will apply.
  • Cleaners: Please select if you will want to book cleaners at the time of request to ensure time is reserved. Cleaners may not be guaranteed if adequate time is not available following your event. By requesting them when selecting your date and time, you may have a better chance of having the time available.
  • Please discuss food and beverage requirements with Rental Coordinator so Department of Health guidelines are met.
  • Security Officer may be required for your event at an additional fee. Please discuss with Rental Coordinator if this will apply to your event.
  • All rooms under video surveillance.
